Remote Sales Representative helping sell an AI Voice Receptionist solution to dental clinics in the USA.

Responsibilities
- Contact dental clinics in the USA through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Present and demonstrate the AI receptionist solution.
- Identify potential customers and follow up with interested dental clinics.
- Close sales and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Compensation
- Fixed monthly salary of 40,000–70,000 PKR plus commission.
- Commission for each successfully closed dental clinic.
- Additional recurring commission for active customers.
- Performance-based incentives.

What we’re looking for
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Urdu communication is an advantage.
- Ability to explain software and AI-enabled customer engagement solutions in clear, business-focused language.
- Prospecting, lead qualification, consultative selling, objection handling, and structured follow-up.
- Confidence communicating with small-business owners and service providers.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools, spreadsheets, email, video meetings, and online sales workflows.
- Self-motivated, organized, target-oriented, and capable of managing activity independently in a remote setting.
- Strong listening, relationship-building, negotiation, and time-management abilities.
