What you’ll be doing
Nadeem’s Buffet is a restaurant in Lahore serving Pakistani cuisine, international favorites, desserts, family celebrations, and private events. We are seeking a courteous and attentive Waiter to support restaurant operations and provide welcoming guest service.
- Greet guests, present menus, explain buffet offerings, and assist with seating when required.
- Take and communicate beverage, special-request, and additional-item orders accurately.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables while maintaining hygiene and presentation standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, respond politely to requests, and escalate concerns to the supervisor.
- Support buffet replenishment, dining-area organization, and service during events.
- Follow food-safety, cash-handling, uniform, and restaurant service procedures.
What we’re looking for
- Friendly, respectful, and guest-focused communication.
- Basic understanding of table service, buffet operations, and restaurant etiquette.
- Ability to listen carefully, record requests accurately, and coordinate with kitchen staff.
- Good personal hygiene, neat appearance, and attention to cleanliness.
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and efficient during busy service periods.
- Teamwork, punctuality, reliability, and willingness to work flexible restaurant shifts.
- Basic spoken Urdu and functional English for guest interaction are desirable.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, carry service items, and reset tables throughout a shift.
