What you’ll be doing
Marvel Estate and Developers is a Lahore-based real estate company involved in the sale and purchase of plots, houses, and commercial buildings, as well as high-rise projects and custom homes built to client requirements. We are seeking a Digital Marketing and Content Creation professional to strengthen our online presence, showcase property opportunities, and communicate our development projects effectively.

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across relevant social media and online channels.
- Create engaging property listings, captions, articles, reels, short videos, graphics, and promotional content.
- Develop content that highlights plots, houses, buildings, high-rise developments, and custom construction projects.
- Coordinate with sales and project teams to collect accurate property details, visuals, pricing information, and progress updates.
- Manage content calendars, publish posts consistently, and maintain a professional brand voice.
- Monitor campaign performance, audience engagement, inquiries, and lead-generation results, providing regular insights for improvement.
- Research real estate trends, audience interests, and competitor activity to support better campaigns.
What we’re looking for
- Practical knowledge of social media marketing, content planning, and digital campaign execution.
- Strong copywriting, proofreading, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to create property-focused posts, reels, short videos, graphics, and listing content.
- Working knowledge of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Experience with Canva or comparable design tools; familiarity with video-editing tools is an advantage.
- Ability to use analytics and campaign metrics to evaluate reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Good understanding of real estate audiences, property presentation, and lead-generation practices.
- Strong coordination, organization, time management, and Lahore-based teamwork skills.
