Job Overview
We are looking for a confident, motivated, and professional Outbound Calling Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be comfortable speaking with potential customers over the phone.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Communicate professionally and clearly with customers.
Explain products or services and answer basic questions.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Identify customer needs and provide relevant information.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Meet daily and weekly calling and performance targets.
Report customer feedback and important updates to the team.
