Schedule and Work Arrangement
On-site in Karachi. The listed shift is 8:00 PM–3:00 AM PKT. Full-time, commission-based role with compensation of PKR 30,000–100,000.

Responsibilities
- Find and research potential clients
- Conduct cold outreach through Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Start and manage conversations with prospects
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services
- Present and explain MaxedDigital's services
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Qualify leads and move them through the sales process
- Negotiate and close deals
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records
- Meet agreed daily and monthly sales targets
