What you’ll be doing
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business intelligence and market analysis
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and client relationships
- Act as a key interface between the organization and clients
- Explore local and regional market opportunities
- Develop an understanding of donor-funded projects and agencies, including ADB, World Bank, UN, and JICA
- Coordinate with clients and support the Proposal Team in gathering required information
- Contribute to client relationship management, marketing, branding, and social media initiatives
What we’re looking for
- 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Client Relations, Marketing, or Technical Consultancy
- Experience in engineering consulting, construction, infrastructure, real estate, industrial, or B2B organizations preferred
- Strong track record in business development, client acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and key account management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel within Pakistan and across the region as required
