What you’ll be doing
NexSoft AI is seeking a Sales Executive in Lahore to support revenue growth across the US market.
- Research and qualify prospective clients through calls, meetings, referrals, and other approved channels.
- Present services, understand client needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, follow up on opportunities, negotiate within approved guidelines, and close sales.
- Maintain an organized pipeline and update customer interactions, opportunities, and forecasts in the company system.
- Coordinate with marketing and delivery teams to support smooth onboarding and accurate communication of client requirements.
- Meet agreed activity, conversion, and revenue targets while contributing market feedback to management.
What we’re looking for
- Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, conduct product or service presentations, and close business.
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of sales pipelines, follow-up discipline, objection handling, and target-based performance.
- Ability to use CRM platforms, spreadsheets, email, and presentation tools to manage opportunities and reports.
- Customer-focused approach with sound listening, problem-solving, and proposal-writing abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, resilient, and able to work independently while collaborating with marketing and delivery teams.
- Knowledge of the Pakistan business market and professional proficiency in English; Urdu communication is beneficial.
