What you’ll be doing
Jamal Sons is a Karachi-based graphic design and printing partnership delivering visual solutions for startups and established businesses. The Graphic Designer will develop original artwork for print and digital applications while maintaining attention to detail and brand consistency.
Full-time, on-site position in Karachi with a morning shift. Salary: 18,000–30,000 PKR.
- Create concepts, layouts, illustrations, and production-ready artwork for client and company requirements.
- Design brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, packaging, stationery, and promotional assets.
- Collaborate with clients and internal team members to understand briefs, present design options, and incorporate feedback.
- Prepare files according to printing specifications, including dimensions, bleeds, color modes, resolution, and final output formats.
- Review proofs and artwork for typography, color, alignment, and prepress issues before production.
- Maintain organized project files, reusable design assets, and consistent visual standards.

What we’re looking for
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign or comparable professional design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, visual hierarchy, and layout principles.
- Experience creating artwork for print and digital media, including social graphics and marketing collateral.
- Knowledge of print production, prepress preparation, CMYK, RGB, bleed, crop marks, resolution, and file formats.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, develop multiple concepts, and respond constructively to revisions.
- Strong attention to detail, visual judgment, organization, and time management.
- A portfolio demonstrating original design work, production accuracy, and versatility.
