Based in Islamabad and serving learners across Pakistan, OVS supports students from Early Years and Primary through IGCSE and A Levels with experienced teachers, a structured learning management system, and dedicated academic and student support.
We are seeking an Online Teacher Coordinator to help organize and strengthen the delivery of virtual teaching operations. The role will connect teachers, students, parents, and academic support teams while ensuring that online classes run smoothly and consistently.

- Coordinate teacher schedules, class allocations, substitutions, and daily online teaching arrangements.
- Monitor class attendance, punctuality, lesson readiness, and adherence to virtual teaching procedures.
- Maintain accurate academic and operational records in the LMS and related tracking systems.
- Communicate with teachers, students, and parents regarding schedules, class updates, technical concerns, and routine academic matters.
- Follow up on missed classes, timetable changes, student participation, and outstanding teacher matters.
What we’re looking for
- Experience coordinating teachers, classes, schedules, or academic operations in a school or e-learning environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with teachers, students, and parents.
- Working knowledge of learning management systems, online classroom platforms, spreadsheets, and digital record keeping.
- Excellent organization, time management, follow-up, and attention to detail.
- Ability to monitor attendance, schedules, class delivery, and operational compliance accurately.
- Confidence handling multiple priorities and resolving routine coordination issues independently.
- Professional, responsive, and student-focused approach with the ability to work effectively in a virtual team.
