We are looking for a dynamic Brand Development Officer to drive brand presence, lead generation, and product promotion for Sahiba Henna Products across all market channels.
- Lead product presentations and manage in-store displays and promotional activities.
- Generate leads and facilitate B2B partnerships with parlours, salons, and marts.
- Act as the formal brand representative during client meetings, trade events, and business negotiations.
- Drive sales support initiatives and execute promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and develop product growth strategies.
- Manage strategic partnerships and maintain strong client relationships.
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Product Development, or Brand Management (FMCG/Beauty industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of beauty/cosmetics product promotion across all market channels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong data literacy and analytical abilities.
- Strategic mindset with cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to generate leads and build B2B relationships.
- Willingness to work in a field-intensive, client-facing role.
