Frida Finance is looking for a friendly, organised and proactive person to join the team. This key role supports brokers, clients, estate agents and solicitors throughout the mortgage process.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for new inbound calls
- Qualify new leads and gather relevant information
- Book calls and appointments into the broker’s diary
- Liaise with estate agents regarding ongoing cases
- Keep clients updated on mortgage application progress
- Chase clients for outstanding documents and information
- Contact solicitors to obtain updates and progress cases
- Maintain communication with clients, brokers, estate agents and solicitors
- Ensure cases are followed up promptly and efficiently
What we’re looking for
- Friendly and professional
- Confident speaking to clients on the telephone
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and comfortable following up outstanding information
- Able to manage multiple cases and priorities
- Strong communicator
- Experience within mortgages, financial services, estate agency or administration desirable but not essential
