Assist with accurate parts handling, inventory coordination, and timely service to workshop and showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with receiving, checking, labeling, and storing automotive spare parts.
- Maintain organized shelves and help ensure parts are protected and easy to locate.
- Update stock records, prepare issue and receipt documentation, and report discrepancies.
- Support counter staff, technicians, and other departments in identifying and issuing required parts.
- Participate in stock counts and help monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and low-stock items.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding availability, orders, and delivery status.
- Follow workplace safety, housekeeping, and company procedures within the parts area.
This role offers practical experience in automotive parts operations within a structured local organization.
What we’re looking for
- Basic understanding of automotive spare parts, vehicle components, or workshop operations.
- Ability to receive, inspect, classify, store, and issue parts accurately.
- Basic inventory recordkeeping and stock-counting skills.
- Comfort using spreadsheets, stock registers, or simple inventory software.
- Good attention to part numbers, quantities, descriptions, and documentation.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technicians, suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
- Organized approach to shelf management, housekeeping, and order tracking.
- Reliability, teamwork, physical readiness for routine parts handling, and willingness to learn.
