The role involves dealing with customers through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and online inquiries and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

Role overview: Tours in Pakistan is looking for a motivated and professional Umrah & International Tours Sales Executive with strong communication and customer-handling skills. The role involves dealing with customers through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and online inquiries and converting leads into confirmed bookings.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries for Umrah packages and international tours.
- Communicate professionally with customers through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and other online channels.
- Understand customer travel requirements, budget, dates, and preferences.
- Recommend and sell suitable Umrah and international travel packages.
- Explain package details, hotels, flights, transportation, visa requirements, and other travel services clearly to customers.
- Follow up consistently with potential customers and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Prepare and share quotations and package information with customers.
- Maintain professional relationships with new and existing clients.
- Meet assigned monthly sales and booking targets.
- Maintain proper records of inquiries, follow-ups, and confirmed sales.
- Coordinate with the operations and reservations team after bookings.
What we’re looking for
Required and preferred skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
- Excellent customer dealing and convincing abilities.
- Comfortable handling customers through WhatsApp, calls, and social media.
- Good knowledge of international travel destinations and Umrah packages is an advantage.
- Ability to work with sales targets and convert online leads into bookings.
- Previous experience selling Umrah packages, international holiday packages, flights, hotels, visas, or other travel-related services is preferred.
- Work location: In person.
