OS Travel & Tours is looking for an experienced and professional Ticketing Officer to join its Islamabad team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international air ticketing inquiries and reservations.
- Prepare quotations and provide clients with suitable flight options.
- Make and manage flight reservations accurately.
- Issue, re-issue, revalidate and cancel air tickets according to airline policies.
- Check flight schedules, availability, fares and applicable rules.
- Handle ticket changes, refunds and related airline procedures.
- Guide clients regarding baggage allowances, fare conditions and travel requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, tickets and client information.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with airlines, travel suppliers and internal team members when required.
- Follow up with clients regarding bookings and payment confirmations.
- Ensure accuracy in passenger and booking details.

What we’re looking for
- Practical experience in air ticketing and reservations.
- Knowledge of GDS/reservation systems such as Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre or similar systems.
- Good English communication and client-handling skills.
- Good computer and internet skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple bookings and work under deadlines.
- Hands-on experience in ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellation, refunds and client dealing is preferred.
- Candidates from Islamabad/Rawalpindi will be preferred.
