About the Role
OS Travel & Tours is looking for an experienced and professional Ticketing Officer to join the team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in air ticketing, reservation systems, fare calculation, ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellation and client handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international air ticketing inquiries and reservations.
- Prepare quotations and provide clients with suitable flight options.
- Make and manage flight reservations accurately.
- Issue, re-issue, revalidate and cancel air tickets according to airline policies.
- Check flight schedules, availability, fares and applicable rules.
- Handle ticket changes, refunds and related airline procedures.
- Guide clients regarding baggage allowances, fare conditions and travel requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, tickets and client information.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with airlines, travel suppliers and internal team members when required.
- Follow up with clients regarding bookings and payment confirmations.
- Ensure accuracy in passenger and booking details.

What we’re looking for
- Practical experience in air ticketing and reservations preferred.
- Knowledge of GDS or reservation systems such as Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre or similar systems.
- Experience with ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellation, refunds and client dealing preferred.
- Good English communication and client-handling skills.
- Good computer and internet skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and work under deadlines.
- Preference may be given to candidates from Islamabad / Rawalpindi.
