Home International Trading Company (HITC) is seeking an experienced Gulf Compliance Officer with strong knowledge of corporate, banking, and regulatory requirements across the GCC.
Responsibilities
- Handle and monitor company and banking compliance, licensing, and documentation across GCC countries.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, government authorities, and regulatory bodies to resolve compliance issues.
- Review company records, identify compliance gaps, and maintain up-to-date reports and documentation.
What we’re looking for
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in Gulf, corporate, or banking compliance.
- Practical knowledge of corporate and banking compliance in KSA, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Ability to independently handle communication with banks and authorities.
