What you’ll be doing
HeavenBlu (Pvt.) Ltd. is a food and beverage company producing VONABLU bottled drinking water and providing delivery services to homes, offices, and businesses. We are seeking an Accountant to support accurate financial recordkeeping and day-to-day accounting operations at our Taxila location.
The successful candidate will help maintain financial control across sales, purchases, production-related expenses, inventory, and delivery activities. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can organize records, reconcile transactions, and provide timely financial information to management.

- Record daily transactions, invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses accurately.
- Maintain ledgers, vouchers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and supporting documentation.
- Reconcile bank statements, cash balances, customer accounts, and supplier accounts.
- Assist with monthly closing, financial summaries, budgeting information, and management reports.
- Monitor inventory-related accounting records and coordinate with operations on discrepancies.
- Support tax documentation, audit preparation, and compliance with applicable accounting requirements.
- Review delivery collections and ensure proper recording of customer payments.
What we’re looking for
- Practical knowledge of bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and structured financial worksheets.
- Ability to prepare vouchers, invoices, payment records, expense schedules, and account statements.
- Strong attention to detail when handling cash, inventory, sales, purchasing, and delivery-related records.
- Ability to identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and maintain organized supporting documentation.
- Familiarity with accounting software or computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Good communication, confidentiality, time management, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently from the Taxila office and meet reporting deadlines.
