What you’ll be doing
Furqan Migration Advisor Private Limited, based in Islamabad, supports clients with immigration and visa-related guidance. We are seeking a Visa Consultant to manage client consultations, assess case requirements, and coordinate documentation throughout the application process.
The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to explain immigration procedures clearly and responsibly. The successful candidate will help clients understand applicable requirements, maintain accurate records, and coordinate timely case progress.

Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations to understand clients’ travel, study, work, or migration objectives.
- Review client profiles and identify relevant visa pathways and documentation requirements.
- Prepare, organize, and verify application forms and supporting documents.
- Communicate procedural updates, timelines, and document needs to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to track case progress.
- Maintain confidential client records and follow established compliance and quality procedures.
- Stay informed about changes in visa policies, application procedures, and documentation standards.

- Knowledge of visa, immigration, or travel documentation processes.
- Strong client consultation, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to assess applicant profiles and match requirements with appropriate visa categories.
- Accurate preparation, review, and organization of forms and supporting documents.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and case-tracking abilities.
- Professional written communication and clear explanation of complex procedures.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools, email correspondence, and digital record management.
- Ability to handle confidential information ethically and work toward deadlines.
