What you’ll be doing
We are looking for a Sales Executive for the Rawalpindi office to promote and sell POS software products and services in the local market.
Maintain relationships with existing and new clients in person and by telephone. Make cold calls to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospect for business. Develop a strong understanding of customer, market dynamics, and requirements. Contact, qualify, and manage marketing leads from demand-generation activities. Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects. Regularly visit different clients. Take personal interest in the well-being of high-profile clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Present products or services in a structured, professional way. Use solution selling to build long-term relationships.
What we’re looking for
- Sales: Lead generation and prospecting, negotiation, product knowledge, customer relationship management (CRM), and business development.
- Customer support: Active listening, problem-solving, complaint handling and conflict resolution, follow-up, relationship building, multitasking, and email and chat support.
- Communication: Verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and professional phone etiquette.
- Technical: CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics; Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or ServiceNow; data entry and record management; reporting and analytics.
- Previous knowledge of IT product sales and marketing.
- Own transport.
