What you’ll be doing
Cradle Welfare Organization (CWO) is a Karachi-based welfare trust established to deliver transparent, accountable support to people and communities in need. CWO is seeking a dedicated Teacher to support learning and personal development within its education-focused welfare initiatives.
The successful candidate will create a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for students with varied abilities and backgrounds. This role requires strong classroom management, clear communication, patience, and a genuine commitment to helping learners progress.

Key responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with assigned learning objectives and student needs.
- Prepare learning materials, activities, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor student participation, attendance, understanding, and academic progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and additional support to students who need help.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and respectful classroom environment.
- Communicate appropriately with parents, guardians, and organizational staff regarding student development.
- Maintain accurate lesson plans, assessment records, and progress records.
What we’re looking for
- Strong lesson planning, classroom delivery, and student engagement skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly using age-appropriate examples and activities.
- Effective classroom management and positive behavior-support techniques.
- Ability to assess learning, identify gaps, and adapt instruction accordingly.
- Patience, empathy, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to inclusive education.
- Clear written and verbal communication with students, families, and colleagues.
- Good organization and accurate maintenance of attendance, assessment, and progress records.
- Basic proficiency with educational technology, presentations, and digital learning resources.
- Collaborative approach and willingness to support welfare and community-based education initiatives.
