Master Plastic Pack Limited is a private limited company in Gujranwala operating in packaging and flexible printing. We are seeking a Mechanical Helper to support technicians and maintenance staff in keeping production equipment, tools, and work areas safe and operational.
The role is suited to a dependable individual who is willing to learn mechanical maintenance practices in an industrial packaging environment. The selected candidate will assist with routine tasks, respond to maintenance needs, and follow workplace safety procedures.

- Assist mechanical technicians with inspection, servicing, adjustment, and repair of packaging and related production machinery.
- Prepare tools, spare parts, lubricants, and materials required for maintenance work.
- Support equipment cleaning, lubrication, alignment, and basic assembly or dismantling activities under supervision.
- Help identify unusual noise, vibration, leakage, or other equipment conditions and report them promptly.
- Maintain an orderly workshop and ensure tools and materials are stored properly after use.
- Follow safety instructions, use personal protective equipment, and comply with site procedures.
What we’re looking for
- Basic understanding of mechanical tools, equipment, and workshop practices.
- Ability to assist with assembling, dismantling, cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting machinery.
- Willingness to learn preventive maintenance and industrial equipment troubleshooting.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work safely around production machinery.
- Physical readiness for standing, lifting tools or materials, and working in a manufacturing environment.
- Good teamwork, punctuality, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and report leaks, unusual sounds, vibration, or visible mechanical issues.
