What you’ll be doing
BIG WEST PHARMACEUTICALS is seeking a passionate, disciplined and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to drive sales growth and strengthen our presence within the assigned territory.
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, expanding territory coverage, promoting pharmaceutical products professionally, and developing new business opportunities.

What we’re looking for
- Conduct regular visits to doctors, consultants, healthcare professionals, pharmacies and other relevant customers.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Deliver effective and scientifically appropriate product detailing.
- Promote company products according to approved marketing strategies.
- Increase product penetration, prescription generation and territory growth.
- Monitor product availability and market coverage.
- Identify new customers and business opportunities.
- Collect and report market intelligence, competitor activities and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate daily call records and sales reports.
