The Retail and Procurement Manager will oversee retail operations, supplier management, purchasing, inventory control, and coordination with the farm.

What we’re looking for
- Experience in retail management, procurement, purchasing, and grocery or food operations
- Strong supplier sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing skills
- Good understanding of inventory control, stock rotation, and waste management
- Ability to coordinate with farms, suppliers, and store operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
