Responsibilities
Compensation
100% commission-based with no guaranteed salary. Commission rates are uncapped and escalating: 25% for the first close, 10% for closes 2–6, 25% for close 7, 15% for closes 8–12, 25% for close 13, and 20% from close 14 onward. Every sixth close from close 14 onward earns 25%.

Responsibilities
- Identify and engage HVAC, plumbing, and electrical business owners across the US via LinkedIn, cold email, and direct outreach.
- Qualify leads and prioritize high-potential prospects.
- Present live product demonstrations.
- Negotiate setup fees and terms.
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial outreach through signed contractor agreement.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, meetings, and deal status.
- Coordinate with the founder on handoff from signed agreement to system onboarding.

What we’re looking for
- Minimum 1 year of B2B outreach experience using cold email, LinkedIn, or direct calling.
- Proven track record selling to US business owners.
- Ability to work independently without daily supervision.
- Professional written and verbal English communication.
- Experience selling SaaS, software, or services.
