Job Description
Job Responsibilities:- Plan, organize and execute preventive maintenance of equipment as per schedule to ensure uninterrupted operation of equipment.
- Prepare inspection tests, check and conduct calibration of equipment to ensure that all are working accurately
- Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
- Develop and assure proper execution of Maintenance Standard Operating Procedures.
- Identify the work hazards, provide job related safety instructions and trainings and ensure the safe operations.
- Manage the inventory of maintenance tools and equipment in order to minimize the downtime.
- Manage maintenance staff by participating in staffing, preparing work schedules, assigning duties, providing trainings, appraising performance and communicating feedback.
- Monitor all maintenance activities across the company, identify the room of improvement continuously that will reflect in overall work efficiency.
- Devise, fabricate, and assemble new or modified mechanical components for products, such as industrial machinery or equipment and measuring instruments.
- Plan, organize and manage the urgency of repairing and maintenance of breakdowns.
- Execute maintenance software appropriately and maintain the standards of maintenance operations.
