What you’ll be doing
Paracha Auto Parts is a Lahore-based automotive business serving the vehicle maintenance and auto parts sector. The company is seeking a Quality Control professional to help ensure that incoming, stored, and outgoing parts meet defined quality, accuracy, and condition standards.
The role offers practical exposure to automotive components, inspection procedures, inventory coordination, and operational quality control.
The successful candidate will be attentive, systematic, and comfortable working with automotive parts in a hands-on operational environment.

- Inspect automotive parts for defects, damage, incorrect specifications, packaging issues, and visible inconsistencies.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, descriptions, and condition against purchase documents, inventory records, and dispatch requirements.
- Record inspection findings, nonconformities, rejected items, and corrective actions accurately.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sourcing, sales, and management teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Support supplier and stock evaluations by identifying recurring defects or discrepancies.
- Maintain organized inspection records and contribute to continuous improvement of quality procedures.

What we’re looking for
- Understanding of basic quality control principles, inspection methods, and defect identification.
- Ability to recognize common automotive parts, compare specifications, and verify part numbers.
- Strong attention to detail when checking quantity, condition, labeling, packaging, and documentation.
- Accurate recordkeeping using inspection forms, stock records, and basic computer tools.
- Ability to identify, document, and communicate nonconformities clearly.
- Good coordination skills for working with warehouse, procurement, sales, and suppliers.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain consistent inspection practices.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on preventing repeated quality issues.
- Reliability, integrity, physical organization, and willingness to work at an automotive parts facility.
