Ams Advertising Company is seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to support business growth across Pakistan. The role combines lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and marketing execution for advertising and promotional services. This is a remote position aligned with the company’s Lahore job location and requires a commercially focused professional who can manage the complete sales cycle.

- Identify and qualify prospective clients through research, outreach, referrals, and digital channels.
- Present advertising and marketing solutions, prepare proposals, and respond to client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Manage negotiations, follow-ups, conversions, and sales records from initial contact through closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and client commitments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to improve sales approaches.
- Contribute to promotional campaigns, marketing content, and business development initiatives.
- Prepare regular updates on pipeline progress, client activity, and achieved targets.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or advertising services.
- Strong prospecting, lead qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with confident client-facing skills.
- Ability to create proposals, follow up consistently, and manage a structured sales pipeline.
- Understanding of digital marketing, advertising campaigns, customer acquisition, and market research.
- Strong relationship-building and account management capabilities.
- Comfortable working with targets, performance metrics, and commission-based outcomes.
- Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, presentation tools, CRM or sales tracking systems, and online communication platforms.
- Self-management, time management, initiative, and professional remote-work discipline.
