What you’ll be doing
The work will be nominal, with a likely total input of roughly 10–150 hours in one quarter of a year. It will be on a pro bono basis. You will receive a certificate of experience and association with the organization.

- Design magazine pages, covers, feature articles, reports, newsletters, and supporting promotional materials.
- Develop page layouts, typography systems, visual hierarchies, infographics, charts, and image treatments.
- Translate briefs and editorial content into polished print and digital materials.
What we’re looking for
- Strong magazine, editorial, publication, or corporate report design experience.
- Advanced working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator or comparable design tools.
- Excellent understanding of typography, grids, page composition, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to design clear infographics, charts, tables, diagrams, and data-led editorial elements.
- Experience preparing files for print and digital publishing, including image resolution, bleeds, exports, and accessible layouts.
- Strong attention to detail in proofreading design, alignment, consistency, and version control.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, meet deadlines, handle revisions, and communicate clearly with remote teams.
- A portfolio demonstrating polished editorial or publication design is required.
