Overview
Eye Vision seeks a creative 3D Visualizer to bring architectural concepts to life with photorealistic visuals for residential and commercial spaces.
Core Responsibilities
Full-time, in-office role in Karachi. Morning shift, 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM. Salary: PKR 80,000–100,000.
Eye Vision seeks a creative 3D Visualizer to bring architectural concepts to life with photorealistic visuals for residential and commercial spaces.
Core Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D models from design ideas and sketches.
- Develop realistic lighting, materials, and textures for interior and exterior scenes.
- Produce high-fidelity 3D renders, walkthroughs, and animations for presentations.
- Work closely with architects to maintain visual quality and align with design intent.
- Manage multiple revisions, meet deadlines, and communicate with design teams.

What we’re looking for
- Strong proficiency in 3D architectural visualization and photorealistic rendering.
- Hands-on experience with 3D modeling, texturing, material creation, lighting, camera composition, and scene optimization.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and design concepts.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, and V-Ray or Corona Renderer.
- Working knowledge of Revit, Blender, Lumion, D5 Render, or similar tools is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or comparable post-production software.
- Current portfolio demonstrating architectural or interior visualization work.
- Strong visual sense, attention to detail, spatial understanding, and consistency in scale and proportion.
