GameKhelo is a marketplace for buying and selling used video games, consoles and accessories. The role supports customers and manages order communication.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Reply to customers on WhatsApp, Instagram and website chat
- Help buyers and sellers through orders, from payment to delivery
- Follow up on orders and keep both sides updated
- Handle problems calmly, including late deliveries, wrong items and customer concerns
- Later, add new stock to the WhatsApp group and website
What we’re looking for
- Knowledge of video games, including PS4 and PS5 discs and approximate prices
- Clear, polite written Urdu and English communication
- Customer support and order follow-up skills
- Experience communicating through WhatsApp, Instagram and website chat
- Own laptop or PC with stable internet
- Patience, reliability and honesty
- No prior customer service experience needed
