- Understand customer requirements, explain scooter features and benefits, and support buyers throughout the sales process.
- Welcome customers, identify mobility needs, and recommend suitable evee electric scooters.
- Explain specifications, pricing, features, financing or purchase procedures, and after-sales support accurately.
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers with informed purchase decisions.
- Prepare quotations, maintain customer records, and follow up on leads and pending opportunities.
- Coordinate with service and operations teams to support smooth order processing and customer delivery.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
- Attend phone calls and guide customers.
What we’re looking for
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and present product benefits persuasively without pressure.
- Basic knowledge of automobiles, electric scooters, batteries, or electric mobility is advantageous.
- Confidence in conducting product demonstrations and handling customer questions.
- Accurate preparation of quotations, sales records, and follow-up information.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and customer or sales tracking systems.
- Target-oriented approach with sound negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, teamwork, and a service-focused attitude.
- Fluency in English and Urdu; knowledge of commonly used local languages is a plus.
