Prime Cuts is a salon in Rawalpindi providing professional grooming and personal care services to local clients. We are seeking a skilled Barber to deliver high-quality haircuts, beard grooming, and styling while creating a welcoming and hygienic customer experience.

- Consult with clients to understand preferred haircuts, beard styles, and grooming requirements.
- Perform fades, trims, classic cuts, shaves, beard shaping, and styling according to client instructions.
- Recommend suitable grooming styles and basic aftercare products when appropriate.
- Maintain clean, sanitized, and organized workstations, tools, and service areas.
- Follow salon hygiene and safety standards throughout every service.
- Provide courteous service, manage appointments efficiently, and help maintain client satisfaction.
- Monitor barbering supplies and report replenishment needs to the salon team.
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on barbering experience with men's haircuts, fades, trims, and beard grooming.
- Strong knowledge of clipper, scissor, razor, and styling-tool techniques.
- Ability to assess face shape, hair texture, and client preferences to suggest suitable styles.
- Good practical understanding of shaving, beard outlining, blending, and finishing.
- Consistent attention to hygiene, sanitation, tool maintenance, and workplace cleanliness.
- Creative styling ability with precision and strong attention to detail.
- Friendly communication, active listening, and professional customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy salon hours while maintaining service quality.
- Reliable teamwork, punctuality, and a polished professional manner.
