SphereCode, a software house based in Peshawar, Pakistan, is seeking an organized and proactive Software Project & Operations Manager to help manage daily operations and ensure smooth delivery of software projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the software house.
- Manage and follow up with developers, designers, and other team members regarding assigned tasks.
- Track project progress, deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Help prioritize tasks and ensure work is progressing according to project requirements.
- Identify delays or blockers and communicate them to management.
- Maintain clear communication between management, team members, and clients when required.
- Organize project information, documentation, and internal workflows.
- Help improve team processes and project management systems.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding project progress, team workload, and issues requiring attention.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience managing operations in a software house, technology company, or software development environment.
- Strong understanding of software project workflows, Agile practices, sprint planning, and delivery tracking.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary development teams and manage priorities, capacity, and dependencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for collaboration with management, employees, and clients.
- Practical skills in project reporting, documentation, process improvement, risk identification, and issue resolution.
- Proficiency with project management, collaboration, and productivity tools.
- Strong organizational skills, accountability, decision-making, and attention to operational detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
