What you’ll be doing
Dugasta Pakistan is seeking a Videographer in Rawalpindi to produce visual content presenting its properties, projects, people, and brand story to prospective buyers and investors.

- Plan, capture, edit, and organize video content for property marketing, social media, digital campaigns, and internal communications.
- Film residential properties, development sites, walkthroughs, interviews, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan shot lists, locations, schedules, lighting, audio, and production requirements.
- Edit polished videos for social media, property listings, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and property teams to understand campaign objectives and audience needs.
- Operate cameras, stabilizers, lighting, microphones, and related production equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain organized production files and workflows.
What we’re looking for
- Proficiency with professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, tripods, lighting, and external audio equipment.
- Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or comparable software.
- Ability to create property walkthroughs, cinematic reels, interviews, aerial-style sequences, and short-form social content.
- Understanding of composition, framing, lighting, color correction, sound recording, and visual storytelling.
- Experience adapting videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, property listings, and presentations.
- Strong organization, file management, time planning, and attention to production quality.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with marketing and sales teams.
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant videography and editing work is preferred.
