What you’ll be doing
Khan Group of Construction is a Lahore-based commercial construction and real estate firm focused on delivering practical, safe, and quality-built projects. We are seeking a Civil Engineer to support project planning, execution, inspection, and documentation. This opportunity is well suited to an early-career engineer who wants to develop strong site and project coordination experience while contributing to a professional construction team.

- Assist with planning, supervising, and coordinating civil construction activities at project sites.
- Review drawings, specifications, quantities, and work methods to support accurate execution.
- Monitor work progress, workmanship, materials, and compliance with approved standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to resolve routine site issues.
- Prepare daily progress updates, measurement records, inspection reports, and relevant project documentation.
- Support quantity estimation, material checks, scheduling, safety procedures, and quality-control activities.
What we’re looking for
- Working knowledge of civil engineering and construction principles, including concrete, masonry, finishing, and basic structural work.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and site layouts.
- Familiarity with quantity takeoffs, measurements, material verification, and progress tracking.
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Understanding of construction quality control, occupational safety, and site documentation.
- Strong observation, problem-solving, time-management, and coordination skills.
- Clear communication with site teams, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Ability to work on construction sites and adapt to changing project requirements.
