Position Summary
Remote Procurement Analyst supporting a Senior Purchasing & Logistics Specialist for a commercial furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) and Division 10 Specialties supplier based in Edmonton, Alberta.

Remote Procurement Analyst supporting a Senior Purchasing & Logistics Specialist for a commercial furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) and Division 10 Specialties supplier based in Edmonton, Alberta.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and stage procurement transactions in NetSuite.
- Convert approved requisitions into purchase orders.
- Create item and vendor records.
- Attach supporting documentation.
- Track supplier acknowledgements.
- Review procurement inputs, identify incorrect or incomplete information, return issues for correction, and document reasons clearly.
What we’re looking for
Required Skills
- Hands-on NetSuite experience, including specific transaction workflows.
- At least two years of experience in purchasing, procurement administration, supply chain, or order management.
- Availability during full Mountain Time business hours; for South Asia, this is an overnight shift.
- Excellent written and spoken English for communication with Canadian colleagues and international suppliers.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, and reconciliation of large data sets.
- Ability to identify and respectfully document incorrect or incomplete work.
- Reliable high-speed internet, backup power, and a quiet professional home office.
- Ability to work independently across a significant time-zone difference with limited real-time supervision.
- Commercial construction, contract furniture, millwork, manufacturing, or distribution.
- International procurement from Asian or Middle Eastern suppliers.
- Import documentation.
