We are seeking an English Instructor to join our Lahore-based team and help learners strengthen their language proficiency in a supportive and engaging classroom environment.
The successful candidate will plan and deliver structured English lessons aligned with learner needs, curriculum objectives, and institutional standards. This role requires a confident communicator who can make lessons interactive while maintaining clear learning outcomes and accurate language instruction.

- Prepare lesson plans, classroom activities, assignments, and assessments for English language learners.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to different proficiency levels and learning styles.
- Evaluate learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.
- Use appropriate digital tools and educational resources to support blended or technology-enabled learning.
- Maintain an inclusive, respectful, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Collaborate with academic teams.
What we’re looking for
- Strong command of written and spoken English, including accurate grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary.
- Ability to design clear lesson plans and deliver engaging, learner-focused instruction.
- Competence in teaching integrated language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Effective classroom management and ability to support learners with varied proficiency levels.
- Skill in preparing assessments, tracking progress, and providing specific developmental feedback.
- Comfort using presentation software, learning platforms, and digital classroom resources.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, organization, and time-management skills.
- Commitment to professional conduct, continuous improvement, and inclusive education.
