Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 10–12 institutional visits per day.
- Introduce the product range to procurement officers and pharmacy managers.
- Generate purchase orders and register new accounts in ERP.
- Log all visits and sales activities in CRM within 2 hours.
- Support tender preparation and compilation of lists.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and disputes.
- Collect payments and report collections to Finance.
What we’re looking for
- Proven ability to conduct field sales, client visits, product presentations, and business development activities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical, medical, surgical, disposable, or laboratory product markets is highly valuable.
- Ability to identify institutional buyers, pharmacies, healthcare professionals, distributors, and procurement opportunities.
- Target-oriented approach with effective territory planning and pipeline management.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office, mobile reporting tools, and basic sales record systems.
- Ability to prepare quotations, sales reports, market intelligence, and customer documentation accurately.
- Professional conduct, persistence, teamwork, and willingness to travel regularly within assigned areas of Karachi.
