Support people operations and financial administration for a growing multi-site restaurant business in Karachi. Work with leadership and branch teams on workforce planning, employee development, compliance, budgeting, reporting, and financial controls.

Support people operations and financial administration for a growing multi-site restaurant business in Karachi. Work with leadership and branch teams on workforce planning, employee development, compliance, budgeting, reporting, and financial controls.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, workforce plans, and performance management practices.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and staff development.
- Prepare budgets, management accounts, cash-flow reports, financial analysis, and periodic forecasts.
- Monitor branch expenses, reconciliations, payables, receivables, and internal financial controls.
- Coordinate audits, statutory documentation, tax-related records, and compliance requirements.
- Partner with operations managers to improve staffing efficiency, cost management, accountability, and employee engagement.
- Provide executive reports and practical recommendations to support business decisions.
What we’re looking for
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, employee relations, and performance management.
- Practical expertise in budgeting, accounting records, reconciliations, expense monitoring, cash-flow analysis, and management reporting.
- Ability to design and improve HR policies, finance controls, approval workflows, and compliance documentation.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and business reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee and financial information professionally.
- Clear communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively with branch and senior leadership teams.
- Experience with accounting or HR information systems is preferred.
- Experience in restaurants, retail, hospitality, or another multi-site operational business is advantageous.
