We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive HR & Finance to support day-to-day HR, payroll, finance, accounting, taxation, and administrative operations. The role involves working with HR and Finance teams to maintain accurate records, ensure timely processing, and support compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive HR & Finance to support day-to-day HR, payroll, finance, accounting, taxation, and administrative operations. The role involves working with HR and Finance teams to maintain accurate records, ensure timely processing, and support compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the complete monthly payroll process, including salaries, attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, loans, advances, and recoveries.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, payroll documentation, and HR records.
- Handle routine employee queries related to salaries, deductions, attendance, leave, and company policies.
- Assist with employee onboarding, transfers, confirmations, promotions, and exits.
- Maintain records of employee loans, advances, and salary deductions.
- Prepare payroll-related reports and employee data for management.
- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance transactions.
- Assist in maintaining Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable records.
- Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.
What we’re looking for
- Practical knowledge of payroll processing, employee records, attendance and leave management, accounting transactions, Income Tax, WHT, and MS Excel.
- Understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, payroll documentation, and statutory reporting.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
