What we’re looking for
- Good English communication skills, spoken and written
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Previous dispatcher or CSR experience is a plus but not required
- Honest, responsible, and punctual
What we’re looking for
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional customer-service manner
- Experience or demonstrated ability in dispatching, logistics coordination, trucking operations, or a high-volume service environment
- Ability to schedule pickups and deliveries, track shipment progress, and coordinate multiple tasks accurately
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and time-management skills in a remote workflow
- Comfort communicating with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders about changing schedules and operational issues
- Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, web-based systems, and accurate data entry
- Sound judgment, patience, problem-solving ability, and reliable follow-up
- Availability aligned with transportation operating hours and the ability to remain responsive during assigned shifts
