Key responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in preparing accurate and timely quotations, tenders, and related commercial documents.
- Maintain professional communication with customers through email and telephone to address inquiries and provide updates.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain sales documents including quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Follow up on quotations and customer inquiries to facilitate sales conversions and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain orderly records of sales inquiries, quotations, orders, and related documentation to support reporting.
What we’re looking for
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional customer-service approach.
- Ability to prepare quotations, sales correspondence, product comparisons, and organized business documents.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and email-based coordination.
- Accurate data entry and record-keeping skills, with attention to pricing, specifications, quantities, and deadlines.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical, procurement, logistics, and finance teams.
- Basic understanding of industrial equipment, engineering products, or B2B sales processes is advantageous.
- Strong follow-up, time management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional conduct, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
