What you’ll be doing
Global Tech Solutions is seeking dedicated Customer Services Officers to join its team.
This role involves managing client interactions, resolving inquiries, and providing high-quality service while handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Officers will lead and coordinate a team of 20 persons, ensuring smooth operations in the customer service department.
The role requires strong communication skills, particularly full command of spoken English, and experience with customer relationship management in the UK market. Responsibilities include using task management tools, overseeing call center operations, addressing customer issues promptly, and supporting customer satisfaction and client relationships across multiple channels.

What we’re looking for

- Availability during UK working hours
- Previous CSR/customer service experience preferred
- Experience with UK-based companies is a plus
