What you’ll be doing
Job Description
- Support the safe and reliable operation of electrical systems and equipment at company facilities and assigned work locations in Lahore.
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, panels, outlets, switches, and related equipment.
- Inspect electrical systems to identify faults, wear, loose connections, and potential safety risks.
- Use testing instruments to diagnose electrical problems and complete corrective work accurately.
- Perform preventive maintenance and keep equipment and work areas in safe operating condition.
- Read basic electrical diagrams, follow technical instructions, and maintain accurate service records.
- Coordinate with relevant staff during repairs, minimize disruption, and report materials or replacement-part requirements.
- Comply with workplace safety practices, isolation procedures, and applicable electrical standards.
What we’re looking for
Required Skills
- Practical experience with electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Knowledge of wiring systems, circuit breakers, distribution boards, lighting, sockets, switches, and basic control components.
- Ability to use a multimeter, voltage tester, hand tools, and power tools safely.
- Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and identify electrical faults methodically.
- Understanding of preventive maintenance, electrical safety, grounding, and safe isolation procedures.
- Good attention to detail, reliability, and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Clear communication, teamwork, and proper reporting of completed work and identified hazards.
- Ability to work safely in a professional facility environment and respond to routine maintenance needs.
