- Coordinate appointments, study schedules, records, and routine administrative workflows.
- Maintain accurate and confidential participant, clinical, and research documentation.
- Assist with data collection, data entry, literature reviews, and preparation of research materials.
- Support communication with study participants, healthcare professionals, laboratories, and internal teams.
- Help monitor study procedures, follow approved protocols, and identify missing or inconsistent information.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other documentation as required.
- Follow applicable ethical, confidentiality, and quality standards for medical research and patient information.
What we’re looking for
- Strong administrative coordination, scheduling, filing, and record-management skills.
- Understanding of medical terminology and basic clinical research processes.
- Accurate data entry and proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and document management.
- Ability to review information carefully, identify discrepancies, and maintain complete documentation.
