Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential customers through messages, referrals, and structured follow-up.
- Present GAL ticketing software, explain workflows, and conduct product demonstrations.
- Respond to customer questions, troubleshoot routine issues, and coordinate complex cases with the technical team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and support requests.
- Follow up on proposals, onboarding activities, renewals, and customer feedback.
- Understand customer operational needs and explain software features in practical, business-focused language.

What we’re looking for
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Consultative selling, lead qualification, product presentation, and objection handling.
- Ability to understand customer workflows and explain software features clearly.
- Customer support skills, including issue diagnosis, escalation, follow-up, and service recovery.
- Comfort with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, spreadsheets, email, and standard office productivity tools.
- Accurate documentation of sales pipelines, support cases, demonstrations, and customer feedback.
- Professional negotiation, active listening, time management, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, adaptable, and able to coordinate with technical and operations teams.
