What you’ll be doing
Niazi Solutions is seeking a UK Recruitment Specialist / Recruiter with experience handling international-market recruitment for roles connected with the UK. The role supports candidate pipelines, applicant and stakeholder communication, and a professional recruitment process from sourcing through offer coordination.
- Source and identify candidates through recruitment platforms, professional networks, databases, and targeted market research.
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, assess suitability, and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle and provide timely status updates.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and support offer and onboarding processes.
- Develop an understanding of UK recruitment practices, role requirements, and international candidate expectations.
- Prepare recruitment reports, track pipeline activity, and recommend improvements to sourcing.
What we’re looking for
- Demonstrated recruitment or talent acquisition experience involving the UK or another international market.
- Strong candidate sourcing skills using job boards, professional networks, databases, and Boolean search techniques.
- Experience with CV screening, structured interviews, candidate shortlisting, and recruitment pipeline management.
- Clear professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to understand job descriptions, evaluate competencies, and match candidates to role requirements.
- Strong follow-up, scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Comfort working independently in a small, developing company while adapting to changing priorities.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, recruitment systems, and common office productivity tools.
