What you’ll be doing
An online Quran & Islamic Studies institute is looking for a dedicated and organized Operations Coordinator to join the team.
Job Responsibilities:
Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM, Monday – Saturday. Sunday off.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with students, parents, teachers, and management.
- Provide student support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Coordinate class schedules and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Follow up on demo class reports and student enrollment.
- Attend operational meetings and implement approved procedures.
Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM, Monday – Saturday. Sunday off.
What we’re looking for
- Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
