The successful candidate will represent the agency professionally, understand client requirements, and connect businesses with suitable marketing solutions. This role provides an opportunity to build practical experience in business development while working in a professional agency environment.

- Identify and approach prospective clients through professional outreach and local market development.
- Present the agency’s marketing and advertising services clearly and confidently.
- Understand client objectives, prepare suitable proposals, and coordinate timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, opportunities, and sales progress.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and support retention through responsive communication.
- Coordinate with internal creative and marketing teams to ensure accurate client requirements and smooth service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
What we’re looking for
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in professional business settings.
- Ability to identify prospects, qualify leads, conduct presentations, and close opportunities.
- Confidence explaining marketing, advertising, and creative services to potential clients.
- Good negotiation, persuasion, objection-handling, and relationship-management abilities.
- Organized approach to lead tracking, follow-ups, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to understand requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as with internal teams.
- Basic proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation tools, email communication, and customer relationship management systems.
- Professional conduct, persistence, time management, and willingness to learn agency processes.
