What you’ll be doing
We’re growing our UK recruitment business and are looking for an experienced Cold Calling Specialist / Business Development Executive to join our team in Lahore.
This is a telephone-focused role, so excellent spoken English is essential. You must be confident holding natural, professional conversations with UK-based business owners, directors, HR professionals and hiring managers.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have previously worked with UK or North American clients and have a clear, fluent and professional English-speaking style suitable for B2B cold calling.
If you have experience in UK recruitment, staffing, RPO, recruitment agency sales, lead generation or international B2B telesales, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Making outbound B2B cold calls to UK companies and prospective clients
- Speaking directly with HR Managers, Hiring Managers, Directors and business owners
- Identifying businesses with current or upcoming recruitment needs
What we’re looking for
Most importantly, you must have:
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, fluent and professional telephone manner
- Strong conversational English suitable for communicating with UK and international decision-makers
- Confidence making high-volume outbound B2B calls
- Strong objection-handling and rapport-building skills
- The ability to get past gatekeepers and reach decision-makers
- A target-driven and commercially focused mindset
- Good organisation and consistent follow-up habits
- Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn and prospecting tools is advantageous
